In Aplicorn, the AI reads, drafts, and proposes — a welcome plan for a new hire, an update to a knowledge article, a recommended retention intervention. Your HR team reviews, adjusts, and approves. The AI never writes to your ERP on its own authority. It never publishes to your wiki without a human sign-off. It never makes a decision that affects a person's employment without a person in the loop.
This is not a limitation. It is the whole point. HR is a human function that benefits from a tireless reader and drafter at your side — not an autopilot.
Built in Europe, for European enterprises
Aplicorn is built in Ljubljana. Slovenian is our default language; English is fully supported; additional European locales follow the customers who commit to them. We handle diacritics, date formats, and person names the way they should be handled in the country where they're used. This is not a US product with a translation plugin.
Production runs in the EU — Hetzner Frankfurt and Helsinki by default, with EU object storage. Data never leaves the EEA without your explicit written consent. We are GDPR-native from the ground up: data minimization, purpose limitation, right to erasure, audit logs on everything that matters. Our AI calls run through the Anthropic Claude API with zero-retention settings, so your knowledge base, employee records, and chat history stay in your tenant. The model sees only what a query requires, and only for the length of that query.
